Preformed hourly inspections during confined space entry's checking 4 gas monitoring was being adhered to. Preformed inventory on rescue equipment before each job recording manufacturing dates and OSHA expiration labels to insure rescue equipment meets OSAH standards. Preformed emulations on new rescue technicians for competency, implement JSA and held JSA meetings daily before each start up of the job.
