I was hired as a Concierge, and after 6 months in that position there was an opening in the maintenance department.

As a Concierge I was responsible for monitoring 32 onsite cameras to verify building and owner safety. My other responsibilities included assisting the homeowners of 95 units with packages, reservations, submitting maintenance requests to the maintenance team, as well as anything I could do to make their lives easier. Since joining the maintenance department, my daily tasks are maintaining the appearance and wellness of the building. This includes pool maintenance, paint work, trash management, and completing maintenance requests from owners.

• Assisting customers to the best of my ability with purchases, returns, and any problems that were brought to my attention
• Managing photo department during the busy seasons, completing large orders and custom orders.
• Balancing cash draws and vault, ordering cash as needed, and documenting results to store manager.
