  • As the Lead Portable Range Equipment Technician I am required to maintain, deploy, operate, and retrieve SWIFT, POTR, and PUTS portable range equipment.
  • Maintain qualifications to work onboard multiple Range Crafts deploying, operating and retrieving CTDs, T&E target systems, and CME range equipment. I am also qualified to set up GPS and underwater tracking systems on board range craft as well as install and remove tracking pinger systems onboard Submarines.
  • I have multitude of experience working many different types of range operations, including WQC ops for Fast Attack sea trials.
  • I have the education and experienced skill set to troubleshoot and repair range equipment. I am also qualified for electronic repair including board level surface mount and micro soldering. I also have great experience with cable fabrication and potting.
  • I held a current Fork Lift operator's license and NUWC explosives certification. I also maintained qualifications as an EKMS local element and TC-605 quality inspector with C/20 issued stamps. I was responsible for the program’s charter, mission, committee, training, communications, outreach, and presentations.
