I am a hard-working creative with a willingness to learn and grow from my experiences. Being born and raised in Alabama, I feel like I have a unique perspective on fashion design that comes from my southern upbringing. I take a lot of inspiration from my 3 tradesman brothers, as well as the everyday worker who dresses for utility before fashion. I am the proud owner of my own brand Last Plan, which I created in the Fall of 2020 as a relief for my creative expression. Though it started as a 'T-Shirt' brand, it is currently a custom cut-and-sew line creating commissioned one-of-one pieces for consumers, as well as garments from my own imagination. I take inspiration from the past and have currently made my design muse workwear and sportswear from the Early 20th century into roughly the 1960's. I focus on menswear, but have had the challenge and opportunity to create women's looks through my studies at Auburn University. Through my experiences working with vintage clothing, I have realized the importance of these designs both in design inspiration, and also as a tool to show a new market the functionality and design details used in generations before us.
