  • The job was a “bit of everything” from running trash, delivering chemo, ordering food for patients, and running labs to and from the blood bank back to OPI.
  • This job was not great from the get go, and I was planning on finding new work before leaving but with a mediocre wage, working over 40 hours a week with no breaks, and more and more tasks being added without compensation, I have opted to focus on finding new work full time instead of overworking for very little.

  • Filled pot holes, snowplowed roads, and worked 4 10s for the “Roads and Stormwater” division for the city
  • I had been at CPR training paid for by the city and when I got back from it off site, I was told I was let go. When I asked why, I was told no reason had to be provided as it was still my first year of unemployment. To this day, despite maintaining contact with former coworkers, I still have no idea why I was let go.

  • I work 12-hour days making plastic wrap. I regularly lift 20-35 pounds and occasionally up to 60 to perform the standard tasks associated with this position.
  • I knowingly committed a safety violation on the clock and as Paragon has a 0-tolerance policy for safety issues, I was let go with no prior write-ups.

  • Customer service for chairman and other company executives, rent cars to people domestically /internationally, and multitasked during time of high call volume I.E. sending emails to retail locations while assisting customers at the same time.
  • Left due to a disconnect with corporate and the job itself, terrible policy changes during the initial covid outbreak, poor lay off choices, and no longer enjoying the job. It is worth noting that I was officialy fired from this position for attendance, but the repeated missed days toward the end of my employment was due to attending multiple interviews.

  • Left due to having one poor supervisor, it was impulsive in hindsight but hindsight is 20/20.
