  • Principle Engineer and Architect over twelve (12) automation projects utilizing UiPath RPA at major US Cable Company starting in Nov 2020. Automations developed against Imagine Communications' EclipsePlus and XG Linear application stacks.
  • Perform primary requirements discovery and refinement, developed architectural approach, performed development / testing, and implementation for all automations.
  • Deliver automation project status and issue tracking to upper level Customer Executives on weekly basis.
  • BENEFITS: Removed need for operator involvement for "Drop" jobs by over 95% as jobs are fully automated. Drop jobs can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours. Utilizing logging developed into workflows, these automations are estimated to save between $250k - $500k per E+ / XGL Instance for 12 instances currently in place.

  • BENEFITS: QVC operator involvement in provisioning reduced by over 99%. Provisioning time for single account reduced from 3-4 hours to under 15 minutes. ITSM integration improved tracking of account provisioning giving better visibility. Reliability of provisioning improved by over 80% as human error removed from process.

  • BENEFITS: Reduced need operator involvement in workflow chain by over 95% (typical installs time was 2-4 hours depending on nature of installation) - Operators no longer watching OS Provisioning. Notifications sent. Improved reliability of OS provisioning - steps not left out, done same way every time.
