Overseeing the safety and well being of 19 personnel while completing the job at hand.

Managing people who need to work/live together for up to 21 days straight .

Training new hires and experienced firefighters for advanced positions within the handcrew.

Filling out daily shift tickets for personnel for timekeeping on the fire/ payroll.

Fill out performance evaluations for firefighters advancing their position.

Maintain all tools and vehicles to be ready when needed.
