Responsible for the safe operation of one or multiple well pads or drill sites. This would include operating production, water, injection wells and associated surface facilities.
This position plays a key role in the operation, control and monitoring of the electrical, fire and gas, chemical and equipment safety systems.
The Drill Site/Well Pad Operator is also responsible for the troubleshooting of all down hole and surface operations.
Coordinates and is responsible for permitting all activities at the drill site.
Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures and HSE standards.
Operate, manage and troubleshoot manifold piping and valving.

Safely and efficiently perform lock out/tag out procedures when repairs are needed.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and company guidelines for producing and injection wells.
Experience with well and wellhead operations, maintenance and troubleshooting, including wire line, coiled tubing or other surface or down hole maintenance experience.
Knowledge relative to the operation and maintenance of hydrocarbon transmission pipelines.
Experience with hydraulic or pneumatic utility systems, including pumps, compressors and air dryers, and valve operators.
