Mange all building engineering staff for this 1 million sq. ft. fast paced property. Monitor equipment and day to day operations. Manage electrical consumption, water, budgets and capital expense project to maximize savings and implement improvements. Manage projects with outside vendors to ensure quality control. Oversee chillers, cooling towers, water pumps, pneumatic systems through energy management system (EMS) p.m.'s, troubleshooting of equipment, repairs, electrical wiring, installation and startup of new equipment. I also assist in training of new entry level technicians and support inner office staff as needed.

Mange all building engineering equipment and day to day operations. Supervise and manage the engineering staff and schedules. Primary duties include but not limited to chillers, cooling towers, water pumps, pneumatic systems, pm's, troubleshooting of equipment, repairs, electrical wiring, installation and startup of new equipment. I also assist in training of new entry level technicians and support inner office staff as needed. Scheduling vendors, documentation and oversight of all building operating systems. Manage budgets and implement new cost cutting measures without sacrificing quality.

• Conducted regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Resolved technical issues related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Administered safety plans to train 6 employees on meeting and exceeding OSHA safety standards.

• Maintain, repair and perform daily inspections on all PCA (Pre Conditioned Air) units. There are 74 units throughout the Daniel K. Inouye Airport. The units I am responsible for provide cooling air to the passenger jet while docked at loading gates. All refrigeration work performed along with compressor replacement work is all done in compliance with proper procedures in accordance with EPA guidelines. Regularly maintained loading bridges as well with specific instruction on all p.m. related maintenance to passenger loading bridges and ball screw replacement as needed. This would occasionally involve BMS (baggage handling equipment)repairing conveyor systems as needed to support the needs of the team.
  
• Disassembled units, repaired broken components and restored to operating condition.

• Repair and service of all home and commercial appliances and refrigeration system systems. Includes sealed system work.

• I manage the entire building engineering staff of 10 along with the needs for the Yacht Harbor Towers in Waikiki with 633 units. Including all day-to-day operations of the entire building, with projects requiring submitting quotes from vendors, safety system checks, and regular maintenance calls that come in during normal shift hours. I work closely with the GM of the building to handle and schedule water and/or electrical shutdowns in order to have the least impact on residents. Recreation areas, such as swimming pools, spa, tennis court, and BBQ areas, are kept maintained for functionality and safety. Routing safety system checks, including emergency generator, fire door release systems, and all alarms. Daily logs are kept for all operations.

• Installation of split systems and package units. Repair and maintain all equipment including preventative maintenance. Duties may include helping out in our other areas of the company like our solar, door or carpentry departments.
  

Returned as Branch Master Technician and primary duties included major repair of both compressors and air dryers along with troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions, repairs and alternative measures. Trained new entry level technicians including those with refrigeration experience.

Primary duties include but not limited to troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions, repair, startup and installation. I'm a E.P.A. certified refrigeration technician that is proficient in air dryer repairs that include refrigeration work. Strong troubleshooting skills and able to work from schematics involving high voltage systems.
