

Sr. Instructional Designer and Developer with over 10 years’ experience designing and developing award-winning eLearning, Virtual Instructor-led Training (vILT), and a variety of learner resources: Masters in education (M.Ed.) specializing in Adult Education and Technology, and a bachelor’s in arts (B.A.) in Technical Writing and Business Communications. Expertise includes conducting learner analysis (gap analysis), architecting the learner experience with interactions, graphics, audio, video, authoring detailed storyboards including company style and branding, gamification, working with LMS admin to implement (SCORM, AICC) files and learner evaluation strategies, and use metrics to quantify learner outcomes and project success.
