• Since the summer, the short time performance in the small counties has influenced three big cities, Miami, New Orleans, and San Jose to make a change in services.

VRS is a family operated investment firm that spans across North America and dips into European markets occasionally.

• Through continuous use of teamwork skills, the division was the first to investigate the commercial and industrial European markets.
• With vast amount of patience and grit, the division was able to find three commerical and two industrial properties that would serve as the foundation for VRS and the European market.
• Further developed skill in Excel and Word by creating/editing spreadsheets.

• During the pandemic, getting a job was as easy as french kissing an Armadillo. The only viable option was to pay attention to market positions and benefit off the variable changes in different sectors.
• As a novice, the only inference that was applied was from the knowledge learned at TSRM Holdings. This provided the foundation for a portfolio that would peak at just over 387% from initial investment.
• Some of the investments include Peloton, Netflix, Steel Dynamics, and Enphase Energy.

• Began building teamwork experience by researching jointly with other analyst for general or particular positions the firm was interested or already invested in.
