Dedicated Customer Service professional with the ability to guarantee the best customer relations. That being said I've worked in food retail from the beginning and loved it but always had a passion for computers I've kept myself familiar with new software and hardware throughout the years out of interest and have always taken small classes/courses to help me learn complex software. As of recently (Aug 2023) I have enrolled and started in the CU Bolder Bootcamp for Cyber security this being my main interest in the IT world I am taking this course in hopes to jump start my career in IT and have a very strong foundation on my learning path. alongside this Bootcamp, I am studying for My Comp-TIA A+ And Security+ Certs at the moment to further my knowledge down the line
