• Oversee staff, 4 before and after school sites, 3 summer camps, and a child-watch daily.
• Maintain staff training, department budget, and monitor and approve hours.
• Volunteer at schools, maintain a basic first aid and cpr certificate, maintain 20 hours of DHS required trainings.

Supervise Staff, create and distribute a weekly curriculum, create staff schedules, monitor staff training, Create weekly newsletters, and maintain communication with staff and parents.

Supervise the camp staff and school year staff, to ensure they are following the curriculum and providing a fun and safe environment for the children. Being responsible for communicating with parents at pick up or drop off.

• Supervised daily activities and ensured safety of campers in various outdoor and indoor environments.
