  • Coordinated for a caseload of adults experiencing I/DD, including scheduling multiple direct support care teams, community engagement, medical management, ISP delegations and more.
  • Supervised a team of caregivers, as well as participated in the hiring process and managing multiple care teams while managers are away. Completed annual performance evaluations, introduction evaluations, plan of improvements when needed, approving bi-weekly timecards and other similar time sensitive manager responsibilities.
  • Completing monthly book reviews including financial, residential, and online medical error logs.
  • Conducted, lead, and participated in team/manager meetings. Contributing ideas for process improvements and task delegation. Following up on new or ongoing monthly questions or concerns amongst the department.
