My role at Target was fulfillment, where I shop for customers' online orders in-store. I would greet customers on the floor and offer assistance in finding items to fit their needs. Our fulfillment team prioritized customer orders that gave us limited time, which helped me improve my time management and helped increase productivity and efficiency for my team.

My role as a retail associate was to help customers have a satisfying experience and a clean atmosphere when shopping in the store. Our team took priority in customers, as they are our number one goal for signing up to our TJX credit card program. As a retail associate, I helped assist customers in locating merchandise and answering their queries to enhance the shopping experience.

As a youth employee, I encouraged positive relationships and fostered effective collaboration with fellow staff members. Helped maintain accurate supply records for food-related tasks. Managed strategies to enhance safety and satisfaction for participants during birthday parties, activities, and events.
