Responsible for making counseling appointments for students, reminding students of their appointments, answering any general questions students had, notifying students of any workshops that would be beneficial to them, answering phone calls, and notifying counselors of any cancellations or new counseling appointments that were booked.

Create marketing content and promotions through social media and advertisements to increase customer engagement. Develop any graphic designs, videos, track and analyze engagement. Assess the effectiveness and identify any areas which need improvement to help further promote engagement.

Responsible for handling any unsatisfied customers, reporting any issues to the manager, trained new employees, making sure the shop runs smoothly throughout the shift, assigning tasks to my coworkers during their shift, sending coworkers on their breaks, dealing with no shows, counting registers and handling cash deposits, and adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards. If the manager is unavailable it is my responsibility to delegate any issues that occur and how to properly navigate the situation.
