I help the owner of Whitehurst Farms when he is behind. Usually it is planting seeds, transferring plants, or putting together irrigation systems. I have also helped him lay plant beds down. Occasional veterinary care and recommendations.

Through him, I house sit for some neighbors. Daily maintenance for cows, horses, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats.

• Rehabilitated several off-track Arabians with bowed tendons.
• Cared and medicated sick or injured horses: deep cuts, colic, post surgery care
• Assisted in tubing and banamine administration
• Conditioned horses to compete in 25 and 50 mile races
• Crewed for endurance riders: administered electrolytes, checked bpm, measured respiratory rate
• Helped in daily chores such as feeding, cleaning water troughs, and bathing 92 horses
