Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC Unit Installation: Install a total of 365 HVAC units in a high-rise building, ensuring precise placement and operational efficiency on all 15 floors.
  Collaborate with construction teams to plan and execute the installation schedule, addressing any structural or logistical challenges.
• Condenser Installation: Mount and secure condensers on the rooftop, ensuring they are properly connected to the HVAC systems and meet all safety and performance standards.
• Ductwork Installation: Design, fabricate, and install ductwork systems for HVAC applications, tailored to residential, commercial, and industrial needs.
  Ensure accurate sizing and placement of ducts to optimize airflow and system efficiency.
• Inspection and Compliance: Conduct thorough inspections of all installations to verify compliance with industry standards and local building codes.
  Address any issues identified during inspections promptly and effectively to ensure successful pass rates.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support for installed systems, addressing any performance issues or repairs needed.
• Experience: Proven experience in HVAC installation, with a strong background in multifamily residential projects.
  Expertise in ductwork design and installation for various types of buildings, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Skills: Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation.
