Operating a triple electric pallet jack to prepare orders by processing requests. I pulled materials from warehouse on to wooded pallets, wrapped all pallets in shrink wrap and staged all orders to dock doors to prepare for loading and shipment. I collaborated with team members to achieve daily goals. I’ve operated equipment such as hand trucks to move heavy boxes. My team and I exceeded daily performance metrics by consistently meeting or surpassing established picking goals and standards.

At TJX warehouse distribution center, I was certified to operate a cherry picker & reach truck. I operated a cherry picker to pick merchandise such as household items. I operated a reach truck to pick bulk pallets. I also would replenish empty locations when needed for order pickers. I cross trained working on the docks loading and unloading trailers utilizing an RF scanner and a guided loading map of the trailers. I managed time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work performance on the loading dock.
