Check in patients collect insurance information, and personal demographics at very busy service center seeing 80 to 100 people daily. Collect samples via venipuncture, capillary, heel/finger sticks. Process and prepare blood to sent to lab for testing. All while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adhering to OSHA regulations.

Collected personal information and did measurements to include height and weight. Prepared patients to be screened, and performed Dexa Scans. Did data entry and uploaded all scans for Dr to view.

Roomed patients took vitals, and scheduled procedures as needed.

Maintained all aspects of back the back office. Took x-rays, trained employees and assisted with minor in office surgeries. Ordered and maintained all supplies.

Rotated goods in inventory by following “first in, first out” approach to keep shelves organized and well-stocked .Maintained accurate order and shipment forms and inventory documentation to facilitate timely material flow.
