Job Description
- The School of Education prepares a diverse group of future teachers to create equitable, inclusive classrooms where all students can thrive. This Federal Work-Study (FWS) position offers students the opportunity to spend additional hours in elementary classrooms providing reading tutoring to support elementary student learning. Through this role, tutors gain valuable classroom experience while helping students strengthen their academic skills and confidence.
- We are seeking responsible and motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about working directly with students. Tutors will work one-on-one or in small groups to provide focused reading instruction that supports classroom learning.
Qualifications
- Interest in supporting elementary students with reading is required
