• Adaptive reuse of an industrial warehouse into a combined design, manufacturing, and retail facility. Converging modern design and aesthetics with a high tech brand aiming to bring creativity and nature into the manufacturing space.

801 Broadway Trade Center (in plan check)

• Renovation of existing 1,000,000 square foot historic building in the core of downtown Los Angeles. Complex project coordination with several stakeholders, consultants and complex programming to help bring to life an entire city block with a mixed use building program.

The MacArthur (in construction)

• Adaptive reuse improvement of a historic landmark in MacArthur Park, converting to a permitted event space and Hotel.

Union Station Passenger Concourse Rehab (in concept)

• Leading design efforts to reorganize and upgrade a historic transit hub, improving circulation, passenger amenities, and food service areas. Complex program and consultant coordination efforts to design, schedule and budget for a multi-phased project schedule.
