• Assisted Case Managers/Case Aids/Clinician in providing them a location where they can provide important services.

• Updated important emails every night that came in from upper management that need to be responded as soon as possible.

• Recorded, organized, and maintained records accurately so that they could be distributed to different departments.

• Assisted Medical Team by responding to their emails that they send out. The documents need to be always updated like allergies, medication times, sport restrictions, so the floor staff can be fully

aware and alert at all times of what is going on with the children.

• Furthermore, as a youth care worker I have been cross trained in Assistant Shift Leader, Security Monitor, and Maintenance job duties.

• As a team leader, I have the responsibilities to coach my team members in customer service as well as following procedures
• I am required to count cash drawers making sure that each one is at a hundred
• Assist on building my coworkers schedules for the week
• Organize and maintain records of the inventory coming into my store
• On a regular basis I also keep my store clean and do daily checkups to see if my store is running properly
• I have a high sense of problem solving considering I work with fast food and customers aren't always satisfied, nevertheless I deal through the tough situations dealing with unsatisfied customers and generally solve the issue.

• Performed landscaping tasks, including trimming and edging grass around obstacles using a string trimmer and edger.

• Operated push and riding mowers for routine lawn maintenance.

• Utilized hedge trimmers to shape and prune shrubs and plants.

• Maintained basic knowledge of lawn care equipment and ensured proper and safe operation of all tools.
