Sergio Perez

Traveled to company locations (Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Carvel & Jamba) in Florida, Texas and Tennessee. My responsibilities were to manage all aspects of each store, from operations to training, ordering, scheduling and all employee matters. I was responsible for making sure each location ran smoothly and that employees were trained on each brand. The stores are located in Gaylord Resorts, so it was important that each store was operating properly at all times. Most recently, I was the GM at the seasonal Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon at the Gaylord Texan for the 2025 holiday season.

I started as an entry level crew member and quickly mastered all aspects of store operation. I was promoted to a supervisor position, and subsequently was asked to be a traveling manager.
