Responsibilities included:

Onboarding and selling potential customers on unique business model.

Maintaining relations and ensuring that guests feel attended to and welcome.

Handling POS for guests as well as booking for private events.

Maintaining a clean and organized space for guests.

Stocking inventory on merchandise as well as drinks and snacks.

Running classes as well as providing a personal gaming experience for private events.

Using and maintaining multiple computer programs used for guest activities.

Responsibilities Include:

Cooking Donuts while balancing other duties.

Preparation of ~40 different donuts and memorizing their respective toppings.

Handling all customer interaction including taking orders, processing sales, dealing with complaints, and maintaining conversation.

Washing dishes and making sure work environment is clean and meets safety standards,

Opening and Closing out the drawer to ensure an accurate count of the days sales.
