I have worked for Ergon Midstream (Previously Enlink Midstream) for 8 years. I am the lone IT tech that covers 15 locations throughout OH, WV, and KY. As the only IT tech in the area, I had to be flexible with my schedule and be able to asses which issues were the most important on the fly. I learned to utilize every tool in my toolbox to help assist users remotely and had to have great communication skills to do so. When Ergon purchased the ORV from Enlink Midstream in Nov 2023, I was the only It technician with boots on the ground to do things such as; clean machines of old software to install new, leave and rejoin domains, stand up networks, back up company cell phones and import contacts, ensure that vital parts of the business were not effected or stopped.
