Manage Builder Integration Group. This work group is responsible for setting up services delivered to customers in internal software. This includes setting up accounts receivable and accounts payable. Manage Utility Program Department which is responsible for processing utility rebates for roughly 12 different utility programs in multiple states throughout Great Northwest Region of U.S. This team consists of two Utility Program Administrators. Support multiple departments which include scheduling, field services, and quality assurance.

Conducts official RESNET and ENERGY STAR Field/File QA for provider (ARCXIS) primarily within Texas market. This includes training others for the purpose of developing their knowledge in energy performance and driving compliance.

Conducts residential home performance testing for purpose of evaluating homes on HERS index. This includes air leakage testing and ventilation balancing. Also provides framing, insulation, and quality assurance inspections for builders.

Responsible for performing home energy audits, performing analysis or energy conservation methods, preparing necessary work orders related to energy audits, and advising on energy conservation techniques.

Assist in operation of small groundwater treatment plant with required on-call availability. Assist project manager with scheduling, contractor oversight and other project management activities. Travel to project sites (local and regional) to perform sampling, and remediation tasks. Preparation of logs, tables, and figures for purpose of reporting to client. Maintenance of equipment to ensure efficiency, and safety.

Full time internship responding to public health nuisances. Performed inspections, and licensing for food/ beverage, lodging, public swimming pool, massage, and body art establishments.

Filled and packed orders for major manufacturing company (Graco Inc.). Responsible for 100% accuracy & efficiency to ensure customers received what they ordered on time. Responsible for re-stocking and keeping track of inventory. This was a full time seasonal position during J-term and summer breaks.
