• Code video data of patient participants.
• Conduct patient follow up interviews & data entry of responses.

• Documented information about examinations, treatment plans, lab results, and other details directly into charts.
• Accompanied physicians through day in fast-paced, stressful environments.
• Demonstrated confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information or records to comply with HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
• Charted patient encounters by recording information such as diagnosis, treatments, and prescriptions.
• Attended patient appointments and wrote narrative account of events using proper abbreviations, grammar, and spelling.
• Communicated with other medical staff and personnel to obtain additional patient information.
• Stayed on top of current patient loads to facilitate efficient and organized workflow.

First‑level of response to all health‑related concerns of UC Berkeley student residents:

• Met with student residents to discuss their health concerns and provided them with university-supplied medical supplies as needed, or referred them to the correct resource when the issue was beyond the scope of Student Health Worker training. Also, conducted regular follow-ups with residents that had sought help.
• Collaborated with UC Berkeley's Tang Center medical staff and served as the liaison between student residents and medical staff to minimize student health problems and maximize student success and wellness.
• Partnered with healthcare teams to address care plan management, development, and implementation.
• Demonstrated confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information or records to comply with HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
• Utilized communications such as creating weekly health tips and presentations and other activities such as organized workshops that promote healthy personal and community practices, including self‑care, risk management, and appropriate use of health care services.
