• I’m currently working on a Wells Fargo project that involves handling inbound and outbound calls. As a MCI employee, I assist customers by going over payment assistance options, if needed.

I collaborate closely with my team members to achieve our daily and monthly project goals. We leverage resources and procedures to help team members identify solutions and take the necessary steps to assist customers with their issues.
