  • Following guidelines to resolve math errors and freeze codes on taxpayer accounts and learning to perform a closure.
  • Analyzed Taxpayer data to detect fraudulent claims in relation to identity theft, fraud and return integrity verification, while also resolving any errors and discrepancy in accounts
