Elk Creek Lodge (Now known as Elk Creek Ranch) was a high end hunting and fishing lodge. I began as a server and was promoted through time to the general manager position. In that position I was responsible for all financial and operational services including budget building, staff hiring and development, guest services (high end chef run food and beverage service, retail shop, guided fishing, lodging) and property maintenance.
