FIS CCS -Cortex Credit System (Credit card management system)

• Oversee the modules referred to as End of Cycle and Pay by Day Processing. This encompasses the implementation of Advance Cycle, the application of interest, the imposition of late payment penalty interest, the aging of debt, the calculation of minimum payments, the transition of not due debt to due debt, Start of cycle processing, and the generation of End of Cycle statements.
• Evaluated internal testing scenarios, facilitated the comprehensive testing procedure, and provided support for integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
• Engaged in Sprint ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Story Grooming, and Scrum Meetings.

SPARAK CORE BANKING SYSTEM

• The Sparak System operates on a user-friendly Windows platform and is an enterprise-level banking solution tailored to address the unique requirements of community banks.
• I was responsible for supervising multiple components of the Sparak core banking system, including the Customer Information File, Demand Deposit Accounts, Savings Accounts, Accrued Loans, Safe Deposit Boxes, Certificates of Deposit, Wire Transfers, Alert Management Systems, ACH Transactions, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA), and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) compliance.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conducted Business Study with Sparak System Core users and collated the requirements
• Served as a liaison between 35 U.S. banks and HCL to gather new requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

Intellect Core Banking System (QCBS)

• Served as a Business Analyst in the implementation of a Core Banking System for several central banks, including the Reserve Bank of India, the Central Bank of Lesotho, and Bangladesh Bank, which is the central bank of Bangladesh.
• The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), as the central bank and monetary authority of the nation, undertakes essential fiduciary responsibilities. These include serving as the banker to both banks and the government, managing public debt, safeguarding statutory reserves such as foreign exchange reserves, and overseeing currency management. Additionally, the RBI is tasked with regulatory and supervisory roles concerning the banking and non-banking financial sectors in India.
• The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) operates 26 Regional Offices and sub-offices. The RBI faced challenges with its Integrated Accounting System, Centralized PAD Application, CAS Application, and PDO-NDS Application. To address these limitations, the Intellect Quantum CBS system was recognized as the appropriate solution provider.
• I participated in the requirements study team for the Banking Department at the Reserve Bank of India. My involvement encompassed the product fitment, product design, and System Integration Testing (SIT) support phases of the project.
• A business study was carried out with users of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), during which the requirements of the Banking Department were gathered.
• Proficient in various areas, including Inward and Outward Clearing, Budget modules, Cash module,Loans and Deposits, Agency Bank module and NEFT services of the RBI.
