- Maintain detailed and accurate records for sales representatives, customer appointments, and operational reporting.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communication regarding scheduling confirmations, rescheduling, and customer support.
- Assist with operational coordination by organizing appointment distribution and ensuring schedule accuracy across multiple territories.
- Utilize CRM and scheduling software to track customer interactions, appointment statuses, and workflow updates.
- Handle confidential customer and company information with professionalism and discretion.
