After suffering a grand mal seizure, a brain tumor was found and subsequently removed. The surgery left me with a few physical and cognitive issues. I spent 10 years overcoming them. My goal was always to rejoin the workforce.

• With Dwight Jones Agency, I was the office manager while also leading the inside sales team.
• RJ & Associates bought out the Jones Agency and kept me on. I performed all basic clerical duties for agents, managed a multi-line phone system, processed payments in person and over the phone, and made deposits ensuring smooth office operations.
• Wrote auto, home, and commercial insurance policies as a licensed associate agent, contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.
