Monitor product in various departments through hourly checks to ensure a safe and consumer friendly product. Monitor team members throughout shift to ensure GMP guidelines and safe practices are being followed. Monitor areas for standard SPS and SSOP to ensure the are is clean and safe for product and team members. Use basic math skills to calculate averages and percentages. Perform duties on company issued tablets or paperwork as needed. Responsible for performing test on metal detectors, weighing boxes up to 50 lb, checking temperatures of product, checking machinery to ensure working properly. Observe, review and verify other FSQA team members paperwork or tablet forms as needed. Communicate with management and other team members. Work as a team with other FSQA techs.
