Developing a strong rapport with students by consistently demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding of their unique requirements has promoted a positive bus ride and has resulted in fewer behavioral issues. On every ride I am responsible to:

• Provide one-on-one support for students' with specific needs, enhancing their overall comfort and well-being during transportation.
• Teach and model safe bus riding practices to students.
• Communicate with bus driver to meet students' medical, physical and behavioral needs during transport.
• Provide support during classes, group lessons, and classroom activities.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity within the classroom, ensuring all students feel supported and valued during instruction.

• Coordinate project from inception to completion; invitation to game, mail outs/emails to 1500 teachers, assemble and distribute advisor packets, support registration, invoice and A/R, announce winners.
• Provide technical support to 40 teachers / 600 teams in computerized stock market simulation game for middle and high school students.
• Analyze stock portfolios for prices, discrepancies, and adherence to all rules.
• Improved system controls by creating spreadsheets for invoicing and accounts receivable tracking.

Here I used the skills of organization and collaboration to work well with many different people having many different needs in order to deliver a beautiful well built home.
