I started my career as an hourly in toys zoning at night in 1992
I have done the following positions in Walmart: Mens wear, claims, bakery, accounting, support mg overnights, hardware, layaway, cashier, grocery, service desk, and more
Got promoted to asst.mgr in 2000, in 2002 got promoted to shift mgr and went to Prescott a year later went to Kingman store as shift mgr
June 2009 got promoted to store mgr Parker AZ
While running the Parker store, I indexed to sales plan to 95 and profit index 90
The second year the store was open, I indexed on sales way above plan and did 200 percent on profit
Walmart sent me and my family to Orlando Florida to Disneyland for the sales and profit that my store did
I was involved in the community and my aos survey was 75 percent the first year and went up every year
Every year I made an over plan on sales and profit
Managed store employees successfully in fast-paced environment through proactive communication and positive feedback.
Completed point of sale opening and closing procedures.
