Ensured I had enough manpower on duty with correct parts per IPC, and correct work load with limited ground time.

On night shift had a crew of 18 to 23 personally to either work a B Check or regular Ron work load.

• Started in Mx control working DC9/MD0 desk for two years than worked the DC10/777 desk
• till we merged with United in 2014.
• I worked for Joe Ferreira when Mx control moved to Willes Tower in ORD

• Lead Line mx in company goal's, Transmitted company message to all employ's.
• Had morning and mid day meeting with line and hangar supervisor on manpower requirement for either day's/evening shift and over look Ron work load/ manpower.

Worked with crew of 6 to 10 mech either working thru flts or out of service aircraft.

During this time at IAH we had very few if any QC or insp on duty. I upgraded several times either as a insp or RII thru Hobby OC director Bunny Venturi .

• Started my career at Hobby heavy check line for DC9/10-30 and MD-80,
• Started at IAH in 1985 working Mids doing service check's and working MEL item's.
• 1987 worked out of service aircrafts on the hard stands .We had no Hangars till 1988.
