I manage a team of 5 Import Analysts and 1 Import Specialists. We have clients with commodities from lumber to steel to FDA. We maintain databases with all PGA requirements for easier processing for teams. I work with my employees on review of new IEEPA tariffs. I also handle billing, entry review, scheduling of my team, and other administrative tasks. I work with other departments within Livingston to onboard new client's, billing adjustments, and general client inquiries. We are a client facing team so I have alot of client interaction daily.

As a Client Import Analyst i worked for the release and finalization of CBP clearances across the northern border. I maintained database, USMCA, documents for clients shipments.

I worked with trucking companies to clear shipments into the USA.
