I am a born and raised Austinite that grew up on E 44th street in the heart of Hyde Park. My first job was at the age of 14 on weekends at Cheapo records as a shop keep that was more often than not paid in records that I thought were more valuable than money. My second job was at Cream Vintage on the Drag next to Hole in the wall as an in-store seamstress that allowed flexibility for me to play music. I have watched my city grow and change and more residents move here that came to replace it rather than contribute to it. Every work experience I have ever had has only been locally owned and operated as I only want to contribute to my hometown and do my part to keep Austin what it is and has always been. A haven for art, music, counter culture and genuine authentic individuality.
