  • Consistently recognized as a top performer, out of sequence step increases, coins of excellence, on-the-spot monetary cash awards.
  • Modernized the ASVAB CEP from a paper-based program to a fully integrated web-based suite of applications. Established social media marketing, a robust national training and accountability program, and was instrumental in policy and processes revisions impacted by modernization efforts.
  • Increased use of the ASVAB CEP by 43%. 2.7 million students have participated in the ASVAB CEP since 2014. 713,777 students in the 2018 school year; 786,807 students in the 2019 school year. The most students tested annually since program inception in and the most military accessions using student scores. No military service would have met recruiting goals without this program.
  • 18% of individuals who enlist, used their scores from this program (up from 8%-10% previously). Additional Congressionally funded projects based on ROI.
  • 2017-2018, Established the military to civilian occupational crosswalk working group comprised of representatives from the Under Secretary of Defense, Personnel and Readiness Office, Accession Policy, ONET, Transition Veterans Affairs Program, Department of Labor, and Medical Expenses and Performance Reposting System (MEPRS) to increase awareness of research initiatives, data integrity, and utilization of findings.
  • Fiscal management of $11-20 million in contracts annually (2010-2014)
  • Planned, managed, and successfully executed the largest DOD Enterprise Mobile device deployment, which included over 12000 IPads/MacBooks used by staff, faculty, students, linguists, and military units.
