• Provides daily support in the maintenance and enhancement of assigned PeopleSoft modules
• Creates and manages support tickets
• Works with business end users and IT to review and track support tickets
• Follows up with the department and end-users to ensure timely resolution
• Creates and maintains training documentation and performs training sessions
• Participates in systems testing and validation of data to support updates and upgrades of PeopleSoft modules, including the creation and execution of functional test plans with the guidance from business end users
• Maintains appropriate documentation of changes
• Performs other duties as assigned
