  • Designed, developed and executed the tests on ALL modules of the GotVmail product and services.
  • Performed cross-browser Web testing, GUI testing, database testing on Signup module, CMS module and MyGotVmail modules. Developed test scripts for signup module.
  • Performed Web services testing of HBA (High deal Billing Adapter) module. Used CDR utility, an in-house tool, to test the Call Detail Records generated by the billing system.
  • Performed call control testing of the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) module. Carried out web services testing on the next generation IVR module. Updated and executed IVR load testing scripts using TSP Edge.

The Integrated Audio Group in Analog Devices Inc is a leading player in the PC Audio market. They service the OEM and ODM PC manufacturers with their SoundMAX PC audio solution. I worked as a Software Test Engineer to test their SoundMAX software stack, made up of audio device driver (WDM/WRT), input and output upper filter drivers, input and output Audio Processing Objects.

  • I developed / updated test procedures through analysis of Software Requirement Documents, Software Design documents and CODEC Data Sheets
  • Performed device level and system level audio driver automated tests using Microsoft WHQL HCT and DTM kits

My responsibilities involved, but not limited to, the below activities:

  • Development of comprehensive validation plans and procedures in Quality Center. Writing test scenarios in Calendar, an Amdocs technique for designing testing processes
  • Fully understand the billing process, various parameters & terminologies, bill conversion flow, bill validation process & methodologies.
  • Perform Bill Validation using the SQL queries in TOAD.
