• Provide trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and survivor-centered support to survivors of sexual exploitation and domestic violence.
• Deliver comprehensive case management including safety planning, service plan development, goal tracking, and connecting clients with resources such as healthcare, legal aid, housing, and employment services.
• Accompany and advocate for clients at medical, legal, and social service appointments.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, service plans, and safety incidents.

• Provide Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support and crisis intervention to clients facing urgent situations, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Coordinate Services: Collaborate with local agencies, healthcare providers, and community resources to secure necessary services for clients, such as housing, legal aid, and social services
• Advocate for Clients: Serve as a strong advocate for Haitian refugees, ensuring their rights and needs are met within the community and legal systems
• Cultural Competency: Utilize cultural knowledge and language skills to effectively communicate and build trust with Haitian clients, facilitating better outcomes
• Monitor Progress: Regularly follow up with clients to monitor progress, adjust case plans as needed, and ensure goals are being met
