I am a hardworking dedicated employee that strives to be better than I was yesterday or days prior. My ability to learn any job description makes me as strong as i am today. I have many years of management experience that taught me to grow as a person . The ability to be a role model to anyone and being the coach they need to succeed in their job title makes the experience worth it. I also have many years plant/factory settings where I was taught the process of injection molding holding a position of a CNC lead set up tech. I worked with molding machines that made car batteries moving up from just a machine operator/ forklift operator to lead set up in just 5 years. I have over 12 years of experience in the customer service field followed by 7 years of Server And 2 years of bartenders experience. My goal in that field is to provide the best customer service experience to all guest . Accommodating all customers needs and wants making sure their visit is sufficient and that they are comfortable through out their stay.
