Solved more than 25% of the complaints and petitions that the community interposed monthly, regarding discharges into the sewers and water resource or hazardous waste, with the technical reports in accordance with the procedures establish by the integrated management system of the District Secretary of Environment and the current environmental regulations.
Process more than 25% of applications for registration of primary collector of used oils, registration of generator of polychlorinated biphenyls and waste electronics equipment and registration of discharges to the sewerage, this is in order to control and monitor users who generate discharges into thee sewers and water resources and generate hazardous waste in the urban area of the capital district.
Monitor an control registered users who generate discharges into the sewers and hazardous waste in the urban area of the capital district, conduct techinical visits to 20 users monthly, verify that they comply with current environmental regulations and prepare reports and evaluation of user activities, this is in order to reported and work with the city Water and Sewage company so the discharges that reach the city's sewers are adequate and we make sure that solid and liquid hazardous waste not reach the city's sewers and water resources.
Support and attend meetings and training related to the comprehensive management of water resources and hazardous waste, in order to have a capable and skilled team to recognize users who generate discharges and hazardous waste in the urban area of the capital.
