Sharee Leapheart

I believe myself to be a very head strong person. My father and step mother did foster care for years when I was younger so I definitely saw firsthand what these children go through. I also had a brother with cerebral palsy. I believe both of those things would help me with this job . I have worked in customer service for the last 7 years. I moved my way up in Dillard’s very fast. The last 5 years I have learned what it meant to be a leader. It’s more than just a title but how you present yourself and how you treat others. I believe to earn respect you have to give respect. I would love to use this job as an opportunity to further my education and go back to school while also being able to help these children go through this tough time in their life.
