Continue to oversee the writing, implementation, and monitoring of $10 million dollars in federal and state grant funding.
Project Manager for the design, planning, and operations of the Camden County Reentry Release Center in March 2026.
Project Manager for the design, planning, and operations of the Camden County Restorative and Transformative Justice HUB in June 2024.
Provide guidance, leadership, and support as the Supervisor to the Camden County Reentry Unit.
Oversee and contribute to the evaluation of the Camden County Medication for Opioid Use Disorder Program, evaluation published in 2023.
Oversee and contribute to the evaluation of the Camden County Peer Reentry Support Program, consisting of a mx-methods evaluation integrating qualitative, quantitative, and AI-assisted data sources. Over 14,000 case notes written by peers and managers were analyzed using a HIPPA-compliant large language model platform, using AI to transform unstructured text into structured information on contact patterns, needs, and engagement.
Work closely with the Camden County Deputy County Administrator on the design and planning of a South Jersey Regional Rehabilitation and Reentry Center.

Convene the Camden County Reentry Committee comprised of local criminal justice stakeholders and community-based treatment and service providers to lift up challenges individuals face returning home and to develop strategies to minimize, or remove entirely, barriers identified.
Since 2016, oversee the writing of grant applications, and implementation and monitoring of $7 million in federal and state grant funding for programming related to reentry and Medication for Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD) for individuals in the Camden County Correctional Facility. Tasks include developing program policies and best practices to prepare for implementation as well as developing mechanisms for monitoring impact of the programs and reporting program outcomes to system stakeholders.
Implement Camden County’s Reentry Community Engagement Initiative and Credible Messenger Network in 2018 to ensure impacted communities are equal stakeholders, participating in the discussions that drive change and develop solutions.
Oversee the revisions, development, and implementation of reentry policies and practices in the Camden County Correctional Facility.
Monitor, coordinate, and ensure the most efficient processing of individuals placed in the Camden County Correctional Facility (CCCF).
Collect, compile, and conduct quantitative data analysis to identify trends and potential systemic causes of case processing delays as well as opportunities to safely expedite releases and transfers.
Develop, implement, and coordinate processes and data management systems to classify and monitor individuals admitted and released from CCCF.
Convene and facilitate the Camden County Jail Population Reduction Committee and related subcommittee meetings. Work with diverse groups of key criminal justice stakeholders (e.g., Judges, Prosecutors, Law Enforcement, Defense Bar, Pretrial Services, Community Providers), to establish priorities, and develop and implement effective policies and practices for the most effective jail population management while maintaining the safety of the community.
Monitor, through the development and routine distribution of relevant data, the utilization and effectiveness of the Pretrial Services Program.

Served as a juvenile justice systems-improvement expert and Research and Reform Specialists (Specialists) Team Leader assigned to Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI) sites; advised local and state key actors within the juvenile justice system regarding how to use data to effect informed change, the purpose and effective use of secure detention and detention alternatives, and the principles of juvenile justice reform.
Worked with team of Specialists on a daily basis to ensure juvenile justice reform continues to evolve and sustained in existing sites while moving forward with implementation of JDAI in new sites. Assisted with the launch of JDAI in 18 sites.
Strategized with Specialists to troubleshoot barriers and challenges to reform efforts.
Identified opportunities for statewide implementation of policies and practices in response to identified cross-cutting issues.
Developed training curriculum for new Research and Reform Specialists as well as JDAI 101 materials for new stakeholders.
Assisted with the development of the training curriculum for NJ’s Risk Screening Tool (RST). Responsible for the training of all NJ juvenile court intake officers implementing the RST as well as the monthly monitoring of the RST. Assisted in drafting and distribution of annual RST Implementation and Monitoring Report.
Member of NJ’s JDAI Model Site team (est. 2009) facilitating two-day visits for out of state delegations on the best principles and strategies for implementing and sustaining juvenile justice reform.
Trained/educated juvenile justice personnel on the principles of JDAI across the country as a member of JDAI National Training team (est. 2008).

Served as liaison between the County Council on Juvenile Justice System Improvement (CJJSI), the JJC’s Office of Local Programs & Services, and the NJ CJJSI, sharing information, addressing questions, and reporting progress.
Trained/educated staff and juvenile justice personnel in the principles of JDAI via one-on-one discussions, group presentations, and participation as faculty at JDAI conferences.
