I have been shadowing in a hospital setting as part of my school program. This experience allowed me to observe healthcare professionals working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, providing care to patients with a wide range of medical needs. I was able to see how physical therapists, nurses, and doctors work together to create treatment plans that promote recovery and mobility for patients. I gained valuable insight into hospital operations, patient care routines, and the importance of teamwork and communication in a medical environment. Shadowing in the hospital strengthened my interest in the healthcare field and inspired me to continue pursuing a career where I can make a positive impact on people’s health and well being.
