• Assess and evaluate the systems on my station which as long term care.The unit has 72 residents. Implements and evaluates all nursing procedures relative to the unit. Took call and managed the schedule. Manager on duty on weekend every 3rd week. Provided health education to residents and family upon discharge. Attended IDT meeting weekly.
